In the spring of 2021 we have for Fit Fun Health & Racketclub B.V. from Emmeloord gave their business premises a complete restyling. New cladding has been installed over the existing panels and the wicket doors and rainwater drains have also been replaced. A dark blue frame has also been mounted around the plating, so that the plate is recessed in it, which gives a beautiful effect!

The facade of this agricultural business premises in Hoog Karspel was seriously chalky. A white discoloration was visible on the coating layer, the intensity of the color then gradually disappears and stains and bleed lines are often visible. This is most common on roofs and facades with high pigment colors such as white, blue, red, yellow and anthracite. The causes are diverse, but environmental factors such as UV radiation and excessive pollution are often the culprits. In addition, poor maintenance due to insufficient cleaning of the building or cleaning with the wrong products is also a common cause. This company building was first thoroughly cleaned with special products and then re-coated!

In the summer of 2022, we stripped and recoated no less than 6,000 m2 of facade cladding for CBRE Investment Management, a leading player in the real estate industry, on their project in Moerdijk in the colors RAL 5008, 7038 and 7047.
